Open your BIOS settings and select "Advanced Mode." Proceed to "SATA Configuration." Verify that all your drives are recognized and activated in this section. If confirmed, navigate to "SB SATA Configuration" and ensure all ports are configured for AHCI. Finally, exit by choosing "Save Configuration & Exit." Use the appropriate SATA ports—specifically the brown ones—not the grey ones.

They link to sata6g_12,34,56 (the brown ports) and run in AHCI. Only the 1tb HDD is being detected, so I'm setting up Windows 7 there temporarily.

This seems quite odd. If they're confirmed in the BIOS, I'm puzzled about what's happening with Windows. When you're using Windows normally, it adds more confusion. If they don't show up in Windows at all, it probably means the drives are faulty and you should return them for repair. Usually, if they're bad, the BIOS won't recognize them either. I'm not sure what's going on here. Please tell me how it goes once you have Windows installed, so I can help you better and spend a full day examining the setup.

I needed to adjust the file format but the 3TB HDD wasn't detected, though it worked in BIOS.

Open Disk Management, verify the drive appears. Click right-click on Computer, select Manage, then Disk Management, and review the list.

Find another way to launch directly to the hard drive since the BIOS keeps appearing during startup.
