Free up the virtual RAM and allow Windows to handle it itself. The installer consumes all available memory because of a memory leak. Once the system RAM is exhausted, it switches to virtual RAM. If virtual RAM reaches its limit, the application will crash. Therefore, configure virtual RAM to "system manage size, restart, and try again."

I succeeded, shouldn't there be no memory leak left?

The issue isn't a memory leak within the game itself, but rather a problem during installation that causes memory usage to increase. I'm experiencing more memory consumption.

Does your storage have sufficient room? You'll need 120GB to install and unpack the files.

In your photo, when your memory bar increases, it means you're actually losing RAM, not gaining it, suggesting something is consuming it heavily.

Review the process list in the settings to see what’s consuming all the memory, but I think it’s probably the Social Club launcher. While playing GTA V, my RAM hits 7.8GB (I have 8GB) and when I check it, it shows the Social Club launcher using 5.3GB of RAM.
