You have three CPUs with varying capabilities. The Pentium D and Core2Quad offer solid performance for basic tasks, while the E2160 is more limited. Rank them by specs. For the GPU, the GTX 1060 is adequate but may feel bottlenecked depending on workload. If your friend offers it at a low price, consider upgrading to something like the GTX 1060 Ti or RX 6600 for better performance without breaking the bank.

PC3 stands out as the strongest option, though all setups could significantly limit performance on a 1060.

Which option performs better with CPU? I’d suggest placing the 4GB RAM in the stronger setup. The GTX 1060 on PC3 could work, but it’s worth considering your specific needs.

The best option depends on your needs. The PC3 offers more features, while the PC3 provides a more streamlined experience. Consider what matters most to you.

It depends on your specific needs, but both the GTX 1050 Ti and GTX 1650 can be suitable. However, if your system is already limited, they might still create a bottleneck.

These systems are designed for younger users, typically around 10 to 15 years old. Most modern cards, except possibly the 1030 or RX550, will slow down on older computers from that time period.

Sell them all together for around seventy-five dollars and grab something much better, like an Optiplex with a 2500 or more.

I'm not certain a current card would function there because they lack UEFI support.

It will probably function well if it includes a PCIe port, even with older BIOS versions.
