When you start your PC in Windows, the graphics card seems to disconnect automatically. Even though the HDMI cable is connected and you manually enable it in Device Manager, this issue persists. Check if the card is properly seated, verify driver updates, and ensure no background services are interfering.

What graphics card are you using? Have you refreshed your Windows operating system? Have you installed the latest GPU drivers? Did you update your BIOS settings?

Check the properties for any issues, especially Code 43. If the GPU is turned off, ensure it's properly enabled before proceeding.

Check if you're connecting an eGPU or using a permanent connection to your PC. Confirm whether your BIOS is configured to use the dedicated GPU.

It's an RX 6400 and in the BIOS you see three choices: 1) auto selects either my GPU or CPU graphics, sometimes a Microsoft one too. The second option picks my CPU graphics, and the third chooses my GPU.
