I bought a new motherboard called ASUS TUF B560M Plus with WiFi, along with 16GB of Kingston DDR4 RAM. After I wiped my computer clean to put in Windows again, the internet download speed is only 200-400Kbps. On my old parts it used to go up to 7-8Mbps which was supposed to be better. Here are all my PC specs: 32GB Kingston DDR4 running at 3200MHz from an ASUS TUF B560M Plus, a new one and an ASUS Prime B560 Plus that is old. I have an RTX 3070, an Intel i5-11400F processor, a Seasonic G650 power supply, a 2TB WD hard drive, and a Samsung SSD SATA. I tried putting Windows 11 two times and even tried installing Windows 10 but nothing works for me right now.

Actually, I found that Steam is working fine right now, but the internet is acting up (the Ookla test shows it's at maximum speed). However, downloading on Steam really lags. When I stopped at full speed with 7.3 mbs to test online, everything worked like a charm and downloaded fast. But when I turned back on Steam and paused the download, it was stuck under 1 mbs again.
