I also use two-factor authentication, which has helped me catch similar issues recently. I haven’t had as many attempts lately since switching to this new computer. It might just be luck, but I’m not sure enough about tech to fully grasp it.

You're right, I understand the distinction between different types of threats. I'm aware that there are various tools available for monitoring keystrokes or tracking suspicious activity. I've experienced a few failed login attempts recently, which led Microsoft to notify me about potential issues. I've changed my password multiple times using my phone, but so far, no successful logins have occurred. I'm going to follow the guidance you've received and appreciate your help.
