Whenever I start my computer, one of the warnings it displays is that the CPU overclock failed. When I enter BIOS settings, the temperature reads between 60-70°C just while checking the settings. When I touched the heat sink, it was extremely hot—enough to cause pain. In the past, I had aloe vera in the fridge, which helped a bit. I’m sure this isn’t a mistake, and I’m not sure what to do. This situation has happened before on this site, but not at these high temperatures, nor has anyone mentioned this specific warning.

There is a thermal issue you need to address. Operating at 70°C isn't sufficient based on the BIOS information.
