I believe I might be experiencing memory problems, though I'm not certain.
I recently enhanced my setup with an i9-13900K, a new motherboard, and DDR5 RAM. It's been a few months now, and everything has been functioning well. Until about a week ago, things were stable, but lately applications are closing or reloading on their own. Discord, for instance, has been restarting up to five times per minute. Chrome is crashing or shutting down completely—sometimes I had to type it in Notepad just to see it work. I've attached a picture below. The error messages suggest a memory issue, though I'm not sure what's causing it. Every app seems affected, and my patience is draining faster each time it happens. Here’s a detailed spec list of my computer:
CPU - 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900K
GPU - NVidia GeForce RTX STRIX 3090 OC
Motherboard - ROG Strix Z790-F
RAM - 4x 16GB Corsair Dominator RGB DDR5 7000MT/s (64GB)
OS - Windows 10 Pro N Build: 19045.3324
If you need more details on the specifications, I'm happy to help.
Thanks a lot

The problem lies in having an excessive number of RAM modules. It’s not reliable to use DDR5 with all four DIMMs installed simultaneously on most systems. The maker provides an official guide listing supported memory setups, including the maximum allowed quantity for each type of RAM.
Currently, if you aim to maintain a 7000MHz speed, you’re limited to having two modules installed at once.

If you prefer using all four sticks, you’d need to disable XMP settings and let the system run at its standard clock speed.

Ah okay! I just disabled XMP and reverted my AI overclocking to Normal.
My PC has BSOD'd at least 5 times within 30 minutes. With the stop code APC_INDEX_MISMATCH with no file reference in the error. Would this be caused by the RAM issue you stated? And would it also explain the crashes of applications? I'm only asking this because I've had XMP I enabled for quite some time now and it's only just recently started doing this.
Yeah, I faced the same problems too—BSODs and crashes were frequent. It was fine for me at first, but now I’m seeing issues again. My setup is a 7950X with 4x6000MHz 16GB RAM. After replacing two modules, it works perfectly now. Disabling XMP helped too. I own an MSI Meg Ace motherboard, and the RAM I bought wasn’t listed as supported for 4 dimms at XMP. It’s a known issue in the PC community. A video about it is available on YouTube.
