I attempted to increase the clock speed of my graphics card using BIOS. After overclocking, I tried saving and exiting but the system restarts with only a black screen, and I can no longer access the BIOS settings. What should I do?

Take off your PSU. Take out the CMOS battery and then press and hold the case power button for a few minutes to fully drain the motherboard. After that, put the CMOS battery back in, reconnect the PSU, and restart.
