I have a build setup with spec and components listed below: CPU: Ryzen 7 9700X RAM: Kingbanks 32 GB 6000Mhz Motherboard: MSI B850M Gaming Wi-Fi PSU: FSP Vita GM 850W Plus Gold Liquid Cooler: Darkflash Nebula GPU: Asrock Stell Legend 9070 XT All motherboard settings I configured as DEFAULT from MSI, the fresh install appears to be okay. I prefer installing drivers offline so I install all Windows and driver updates offline as well. For the GPU, the setup looks correct. However, I notice two Display Graphic entries in Device Manager—one labeled as 9070 XT and another as Microsoft display driver. After updating Windows, I received an online update that installed the AMD Radeon driver. Restarting my PC five minutes later caused it to freeze for about a minute before shutting down automatically. This issue persists even after a fresh Windows installation. Please help me resolve this.

Ensure Windows is updated first, then install any missing drivers. Avoid installing drivers while offline, as this prevents proper installation.

It's strange the fan isn't spinning at all even at 0 RPM. I disabled zero RPM on Adrenaline but it still doesn't move. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

The problem was my GPU fan not turning on at all. Adrenal already disabled zero RPM, but I haven't had success yet.
