Legit did this last night. I enabled game boost, which raised my 3.8 to 4.5 and now my PC won't boot into Windows. I've already reset the CMOS, but it doesn't help. I'm really stuck here.

Is Intel Game Boost the software you're asking about? I haven't heard of it before. Or is it MSI Game Boost? Does it boot into BIOS?

It starts up through the BIOS and its MSI game boost feature.

If you're asking about the fixed boot order, yes the HDD is recognized and set as the first priority for booting.

Turning the PC on causes the BIOS logo to flash, then it attempts to boot into Windows and jumps straight to Windows Repair. The System 32 file indicates that automatic repair cannot resolve the issue.

This system uses Windows 10 on a functional computer. Obtain the Windows 10 installation media on a USB flash drive and apply it for repairs.

I believe you have a Windows USB nearby. Would you like me to start booting from it?
