I own two identical PCs and two licensed applications. The first installation doesn't let me choose a function, but the second one from the same file works fine. I tried reinstalling the first one and it still didn't help. Confused.

When starting a "Files" backup, I can't choose any folders to back up. They show a highlight but don't mark them as done, unlike a normal program. Since I have another identical PC, I know it should work there.

The issue has been resolved. It appears the challenge lay in a poorly designed or confusing interface, making it difficult to locate the correct click area. This should be fixed by the developer.
