Hello, I'm struggling with this issue. I've been facing a BSOD repeatedly, and now I can't boot into Windows. Installing a new version of Windows 11 is impossible due to errors or the PC constantly rebooting. After reinstalling, I agree to Microsoft's terms and conditions, but it still restarts. When I try to boot into the current OS, I see an "Oops something went wrong" message.

I've tried the following:
- Memtest passed
- BIOS flashed to the latest version
- Removed the GPU
- Installed a new NVMe SSD

The errors keep changing. The KMODE EXCEPTION is not handled.

Details about my system:
- Motherboard: ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI
- RAM: Corsair Vengence DDR5 6000MHZ 32GB
- GPU: 3070
- CPU: Intel i9 14900k
- Power Supply: 1000W 80Plus

Anyone has suggestions?

Mobo: ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI
Updated the BIOS to the latest firmware for better performance.
For reference, what BIOS version were you using before the flash, and which one do you have now?
Power supply: 1000W 80Plus
The 1000W rating is the advertised power output, while 80 Plus indicates efficiency. Could you tell me the model, year, and condition of your PSU?
I’m unable to boot into Windows—I can’t even install a fresh version without running into issues or having the system restart.
It seems the processors have shown signs of wear and are beginning to fail.

Hi, I don't recall the previous firmware version, but it's currently running 4301. The PSU is a RM1000x, likely around two years old. You mentioned something about the processors showing signs of degradation and reacting strongly when the temperature exceeded 32 degrees. It seems like the installation went through about 11% before the system restarted due to overheating.

Nvme files are formatted and cleaned, so there should be no problems with that.

I'm not sure what you're referring to by this - processors seem to have degraded and they've come out of their shells. The 13th and 14th Gen Intel processors experienced degradation problems. If your system was running without the BIOS version that included the 0x12F microcode until recently, it might already be too late and has led to permanent damage. The only solution is to send in a replacement.

Before committing to an RMA, try finding another processor and check if you can improve the OS installation. You could also transfer your processor to another known working motherboard and test the OS on a spare drive to see if the results are similar.

How are you managing to cool the processor?

Yes, you can start the Windows installation process using the installation media.
