I own an ASRock Z170 Pro4 and I'm completely new to this stuff. I don’t understand MHz values or timing details or how to tweak things. If you share some screenshots of your UEFI, it might help me assist further.

Do you have the part number? If not, you can check the BIOS for it. Search for the part number, review the stock timings, and adjust settings accordingly.
