I bought a new headset today, the HyperX Alpha. But whenever I play something on YouTube or Spotify, my friends can hear clearly—no sound leaks through the headset or into the mic. It sounds like they’re listening to the music themselves. I’ve looked up the issue and found it’s a common problem with the headset. It suggests downloading Realtek Audio Console, but I’ve spent the last hour trying to figure out how or where to get it. The item is supposed to be available on the Microsoft Store, yet it’s missing. I’m really frustrated and can’t seem to resolve this at this point.
