I've been using this Hyper for a year with Temp View on Overwatch. I noticed I was getting 75°C, but I haven't overclocked my AMD FX8320. Is this typical?

But this doesn't solve the problem, as my fans keep spinning at full speed and I'm still getting 75°C.
