Similar options are available online, such as the listed Amazon and FrozenCPU products. You can also look on eBay for a used version if needed.

Is there a method to adapt an atx aftermarket cooler for use in a btx?
How effective would the Cooljag MIA-D be in cooling my CPU?
[strike]3: Can I swap the fan on the Intel S775 cooler for improved performance? [s775 is not ideal]

Could you assess if creating a similar custom shroud is feasible?

Sure, it works well, though it relies on your DIY abilities and available time.

That's interesting, yes, you might be able to try it, but it really depends on your DIY abilities and how much time you have.

In theory, the water cooler performs significantly better than the standard model.

The Dell D9729 heatpipe cooler fits easily. Purchase it with the cooling shroud if your shroud design differs. The T9303 model offers superior cooling, but you'll need to adjust the D9729 shroud by relocating its six heatpipe holes to achieve a proper fit. This setup will cool any CPU compatible with the unit. It's built for 120W Penttium D CPUs, though your system has a 95w limit. I used this configuration with the E520 in my previous build. Verify your current shroud layout for the six-hole pattern. The D9729 features holes arranged in two rows of three, while the T9303 uses three rows of two. The covers remain fixed, but the coolers can be swapped if you modify the holes. You may already possess a T9303 cover.
