Hello everyone, I can see there are a lot of posts online about this game. When I run NFS Heat right now, my graphics card gets very slow, causing huge FPS drops. My score goes from 60 down to as low as 10. I'm using an i7 3770 processor with 16 GB of RAM and an RTX 2060 6 GB GPU. It's basically impossible to play the game. I tried all the fixes people found online, but none worked for me yet. Yes, my computer is old by now, so maybe that's why it's failing. But you can see some videos on YouTube where people with similar settings are getting about 55-60 FPS in 1080p while using a resolution of 1680 x 1050. Has anyone else had this same problem and figured out how to fix it?

Hey there, what super speed are you running on that CPU? Is it getting hot and overheating? What exact temps are you hitting when you play games and where do these drops happen? You can use MSI Afterburner to check this by using the OSD to show the CPU/GPU usage/temps/fps etc. My first guess is your CPU is maxing out. Could also be your CPU is a bit weak for that 2060, but not too bad.

It's an ordinary Intel box cooler. The temperature is about 50 degrees Celsius, and the CPU is working hard for around 45% to 52% of its power during the game. It looks fine enough, I suppose.
