Huawei Matebook (mach w19) fails to start after a Windows reset. Attempted to press the power button for an extended period and removed the battery. The motherboard becomes hot when connected to a power source. Is there an issue? Could the Windows 11 update have damaged my laptop?

I can't access Bios. The screen remains black, there are no keyboard lights, and the charging indicator is off.

It could be damaged, but you might try resetting the CMOS to see if it restores functionality.

CMOS reset failed to resolve the issue. Result: Windows 11 update rendered my laptop unusable.
