Hello, I purchased an HP Tower Elite Desk 800 G2 (core i5 6500, 8GB RAM). After installing all drivers and software, the system won't shut down unless I force it off. I tested various BIOS versions and even Windows Regedit, but nothing worked. I tried another identical model with the same specs and BIOS, but it still had the issue. For a final attempt, I tried an i56500 CPU from another working tower—it functioned properly. The question is: what’s wrong with these CPUs? These are the ones I’m using (the one I’m holding is the working one).

Is the doubtful processor functioning correctly in that donor machine, given that the original working processor was from it?
