HP ProBook 440 G3 features built-in keyboard latency measurement.
Occasionally during demanding CPU tasks like gaming, the built-in keyboard on my HP ProBook 440 G3 shows high latency when I pause a key. For instance, holding the W key for roughly 20 seconds can cause it to register for 1 to 30 seconds even after I release it. No action during that pause prevents it from stopping. This severely hinders keyboard usability while gaming or handling other intensive work. I’ve tried using external keyboards, but none exhibit the same behavior, suggesting the issue lies with the internal unit. All drivers are current, and there seems to be no clear hardware fault, pointing toward a software-related problem. Is this a recognized concern? Are there any solutions available?
