Hello, thank you for your message. I recently bought what seems like a great offer on a mid-range gaming PC from Walmart for around 470 USD. The specifications include an Intel i5-9400F, Nvidia GTX-1660 Ti, Samsung M378A1K43DB2-CTD RAM (1x8GB), and a LINCS motherboard. The SSID is 843B. Before proceeding, I want to note that in the "This PC" properties, the model number lists as "HP Pavillion Gaming Desktop 690-0xxx." Since many of these models come with (690) numbers, I haven’t found much information about the 690-0xxx variant. When I checked HP’s support site, they confirmed my specific model is 690-0073W. At this point, I’m planning to upgrade my RAM from an 8GB stick to a 32GB configuration (two 16GB sticks). Although my system runs AAA games smoothly, I’d like a slight performance boost. According to HP’s site, it supports up to 32GB of DDR4 UDIMM memory. I’m hoping the community can suggest a fully compatible alternative.

I can't capture images directly. However, you can open Cpu-z and navigate to the CPU, motherboard, memory, and SPD sections. Take a few screenshots of the stickers for reference.

For gaming, exceeding 16GB of RAM isn't necessary. I recommend purchasing the model mentioned below—it offers comparable performance at a lower price. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/XJYWGX/...c16s-8gisb

I wouldn't agree. With 32GB I'm using around 14GB when Chrome and other apps are active. Windows tends to save memory by keeping RAM usage low, especially if you're above 60%.

I handle various tasks on this setup—multiple monitors and music production. That’s why I aimed to capture 32.

Consider these options: the first link offers TLVBT6 team-t-force, 32GB, 2X DDR4, and the second provides GSKILL RipJaws, 32GB, 2X DDR4.

Without accessing my Desktop, this matches the exact configuration I have, as confirmed by HP's hardware verification.
