Hello everyone, I recently attempted to obtain software for my netbook, but HP support couldn't identify my device. The main issues I'm facing are with my Bluetooth adapter, which isn't functioning properly. I'm currently running Windows 7 Ultimate. Additionally, my trackpad is also not working. Thanks.

Windows 7 Ultimate for that device would likely be a pirated copy. What is the laptop's model number? The trackpad issue might stem from hardware problems or Windows settings. If it doesn't function in the BIOS (checking for mouse movement support), reinstalling Windows won't help.
