I upgraded my HP 8300 Micro Tower to a better PSU and adapter. After connecting everything, the PC started up but the fan didn’t turn on. I waited about 20 minutes while downloading an update, then it powered off again and restarted. Now it shows “515 Powersupply fan not detected.” It seems the issue might be with the third-party PSU. To avoid resets, check the PSU connections carefully, ensure proper ventilation, and consider using a known-good brand if possible.
I omitted the details about your PC and operating system.

I looked into the bios file—it's an old UEFI system, I don't know how to operate it. The PC shuts down when not in use, which is unusual. I thought maybe the power supply was the issue, but since I'm not a tech expert, I wasn't sure. Now it works fine. I'm not sure what caused the problem. It seems pressing F1 at startup might help.
