How's your internet connection slowing down way too much?
I am getting really slow downloads from Steam (and other apps). The speed used to go up fast, but now it stays low for a long time. It went 100MB/s and then dropped all the way down to just 1 or 8 Mbps. I changed my region settings too and checked that there are no limits on my internet plan. Could anyone give me some ideas?
How fast can you actually get with your internet? Is there a limit like GB per hour? How are you connecting your PC to the modem? Look at your router or modem. Turn off and back on the power to make sure everything is fine. Check if there are any errors in the system logs, try updating the firmware, and see if this makes it stay stable. Let them check for you by contacting your internet provider.
