The Windows won’t load properly and there’s no old boot setup on this Toshiba BIOS. It’s really frustrating. Did you turn off the Secure Boot feature?

It comes with an automatic setup and works well that way. Turning off secure boot is the key point, while keeping it active forces Windows 8 to boot no matter the order or devices used (which is why you need to disable it).
