Windows 3.x programs will display identical widgets to all "Modern" Windows apps. Only the displayed content, such as menus, appears outdated. This is only possible if the applications actually function.

They were built for significantly lower resolutions, which could make it challenging to use at higher ones. However, if it functions properly, it should maintain its usual appearance.

They should appear just as they used to; the previous Windows themes remain compatible. Naturally, since they won't support DPI scaling, they may appear reduced in size at larger resolutions.
