I like many other people use Zoom quite well. I just join meetings without ever hosting them. I can send a link by email, but I want to learn more about what I actually control and which settings help me stop accidental breaks or bad decisions later on.

Most apps usually have a part that shows how to use them. Have you checked out their starting guide at those links?
