hello
when i put my pc to sleep and attempt to wake it, it starts up completely with all peripherals active, yet the screen remains black or the monitor doesn't receive any input, staying in sleep mode.
specs: windows 11 24h2, gtx 1650 super, ryzen 5 5500, asrock b450 pro4

When you disconnect the monitor cable from the MB and reconnect it, does the device activate? Which brand of monitor and which type of cable are you using?

it doesn't match, it's an Acer VG240Y with an HDMI cable, and things were just fine a few weeks back.

Do you have a wireless or Bluetooth keyboard and mouse? What occurs when you perform a single quick press on the power button?

no, all my accessories work without wires
I usually activate them by pressing the keyboard or mouse buttons, so I don’t think there’s any change.

When you apply quick pressure to the power button, what occurs next? Is there a wired keyboard or mouse you can connect to test this method?

When you are in that state and press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, you will open the Task Manager. If it prompts to sign out, simply log back in without a full reboot; however, you will lose whatever progress you had before putting the system to sleep. You might also use a combination of keys to refresh the graphics drivers.

I've handled both tasks already, but nothing has changed. I think it might have been a Windows update that caused an issue, so I'll have to wait for the next one.
