Consider skipping the download and instead using CCCP directly or pairing it with MPC-BE and LAV filters. Alternatively, you can follow this link: https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=113326. It also highlights how to configure MPC-BE with LAV filters, supporting many formats.
