How to Update over LAN?

I recently assembled a fresh computer and transferred Windows 10 from an older disk. The installed version is 1703, whereas my current system runs 1909. Due to limited internet speed, the update process stalls at the Windows Update stage, showing download failures. Can you find a way to keep updating your new PC using the older one over a local network? I’ve checked several articles but none offered a clear solution.

Check the update page for Windows 10: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=799445 It will still require downloading, but it should function even with a slow internet connection.
