Visit the official site, download the file, place it on an empty USB stick, then start in BIOS and choose the USB to apply the updated firmware.

They wouldn’t add it to their own site unless necessary. Just watch a YouTube tutorial on setting it up for an MSI card (it should look similar to yours). You don’t really need a video—things are pretty simple. If you’re curious, read a guide about it.
