Hey, do you know how to refresh the BIOS on your motherboard? I'm using a GigaZ97N Wife and haven't found the update file on the official site. I'm not sure why it's missing.

The newest BIOS is available at the provided link. Updating involves installing the files from the zip onto a USB drive and restarting into BIOS settings. There’s usually a feature to flash the BIOS there. It’s impressive how much progress technology has made.

Typically, you store the updated bios on a USB stick, input them, and run the flashing tool. Does it produce sandwiches?

I agree. I wasn't aware of the need to insert it into a USB and start it up.

Thanks a lot! I was surprised I needed to restart, but that's okay. The typo was just a Wi-Fi issue. 😄

You downloaded the zipped file correctly, but when you pressed F12 to boot into the Q-Flash menu, it didn’t load any OS. Check if the USB drive is properly connected and not damaged. Also ensure the BIOS settings are set to boot from USB. If the issue persists, try using a different USB port or device.
