Your SATA driver is an .exe file. Just run it and restart. If it isn't an .exe, burn it onto a flash drive using Rufus or BalenaEtcher and start from there.

No, you don't need that driver. Just update the latest AMD chipset driver. Most of the time, you really don't need to update it, unless there's a problem.
