Your bios behaves differently than what you expect. In BIOS you can only increase voltage, not decrease it. If pressing 0.02 adds 0.02, there might be a calibration issue. To reduce the voltage, check your motherboard settings or consult the manual for proper adjustment methods.

You can choose between underclocking and undervolting separately. Doing both together isn't recommended as they affect performance differently. Pick one or the other based on your needs.
