Did You Know? Windows 10 PCs Come With "Game Mode" Activated by Default
Every Windows 10 device includes Game Mode as an option. This feature activates automatically when you open a game, giving it priority over other tasks. Understanding its purpose and knowing how to turn it off can help resolve performance issues. www.howtogeek.com
When launching a game, Windows 10 or 11’s Game Mode kicks in and focuses on that application. It raises questions about why this setting is enabled by default. Some users have noticed that games run less smoothly or stutter more when Game Mode is active. This behavior seems unusual but can occur occasionally.

Yeah, but actually how often you really receive these updates? It's just a notification to check.
My idea is: if you have enough cpu, gpu, or memory, just turn it off.
