I set up Fallout 4 via my Steam library and reinstalled 51 out of 53 mods using Nexus/Vortex. I also transferred the entire Fallout 4 folder to a USB stick and installed it on the new PC. All 51 mods functioned as expected before. The last two mods are no longer accessible on Nexus. I moved them from my old PC's Vortex folder to a USB stick and copied them into the new PC's Vortex folder. Everything seems to be working now, except for the CWSS Redux mod. It should provide functioning showers, toilets, ovens, etc., but the items are missing from my game. I attempted saving the CWSS file to the desktop and pointing Vortex there, but only one of three files is selectable, which isn't working. I also tried dragging all three files into the "drop" area in Vortex, but that didn't resolve the issue. The Seasons (fall) mod worked after pasting it into the Vortex folder. I'm still unsure what's causing the problem with CWSS.

Additionally, I tried placing all three files into the Fallout 4 data folder, but that also failed. It's unusual since other mods are present in both locations.

I received several suggestions on the Fallout 4 Steam discussion page. If anyone else encounters this issue, here’s what I discovered.
For copying mod files from the old PC and inserting them into the new mod folder doesn’t work. When you access the Vortex settings and the download section, it displays your file location. That spot holds the 7 zip file required for Vortex to function properly. You should then use the "install from file" option in Vortex to add the mod.
I tried a newer version of the mod available on the author’s dropbox. It seems this newer version might be the reason it isn’t working. I think I should copy the 7 zip file from the old PC and use that one instead. This would save time, or at least give me a chance to fix it later.
