I have a Windows host and a Kali Linux guest. I need to transfer a file from the host to the guest so I can use it securely there. It might have viruses, so I don’t want to risk damaging my PC again. I also prefer not to rely on shared folders since they could still allow virus access from the host. I hope you can assist me with this.

With the guest additions enabled, you can simply drag the folder into the guest area to relocate it
