You might be able to remove the fan without fully disassembling it, especially by keeping the copper pipes intact. Regarding the cooling paste, changing it may still be necessary after removing the pipes.

You can carefully grasp the hair with tweezers, pull gently, and watch a tiny fragment fall out. Continue this process until you collect most of the hair.

Unless you damage the fan or encounter another issue, you should only act if you’re certain about the problem. Removing the initial concern is key.
