I'm curious about setting up your desktop to use a network drive. This would let colleagues access saved files without manual backups. Would it be possible to automate the process so their desktops are backed up regularly?

You have a script that moves all documents to the D: folder when you create an account on the PC. If you're skilled in coding, you can modify it to use any available drive instead. Let me know if you'd like help with that.
