How to safely increase performance on Ryzen 5 1500X
i have a ryzen 5 1500x and i'm seeking a safe and stable overclock. also, from what i've read, there are recommendations about ram, but i'm unsure how to handle it without going overboard. i just want to increase the cpu speed. my room temperature is 23c. the rest of the specs are as follows: asrock - ab350m pro4 micro atx am4, crucial - ballistix sport lt 8gb (1 x 8gb) DDR4-2400, msi - geforce gtx 960 4gb video card, evga - 600b 600w 80+ bronze certified atx power supply (no case, more air), could i just use amd ryzen master to set my cpu voltage to 1.35 and increase the clock speed to around 3.8 or 3.9, or are there additional steps required?
Be cautious of SW overclocking, even when using Ryzen Master—it will inevitably cause voltage levels to rise significantly.
