I just tested it and it only opens a command prompt window before closing it quickly.

They’re not interested in changing them. MP3 is a small file type that loses all the song details.

This feature is driven by the command line. You need to provide instructions when launching or navigating to it via the command prompt, and you can issue commands while running it. I also recommended a GUI option called UsEac3to for those who prefer not to use the command line.
