How to Resolve Thermal Throttling on AMD A10 6800k
I plan to increase the APU's overclocking but encounter a problem when reaching a specific voltage on AMD Overdrive. It causes the APU to downclock to 3.7ghz until I adjust the voltage. The voltage remains active, but the clock speed drops. The maximum voltage I can use is 1.3625, yet I’d like to push it higher without triggering issues like a Blue Screen of Death or WATCHDOG_OVERCLOCK.
My motherboard: MS-7778 (JasmineR)
Power supply: 750W
The stock heatsinks are not great. A better cooler would be better for higher overclocking. This could be a solid upgrade if it fits your needs.

Final inquiry: Does this fit LGA 1151 and FM2 connectors? I’m planning to upgrade to an i7-6700k with a new motherboard and DDR4 memory soon. I want to confirm before buying. I’m using FM2 right now.
