How to reset a motherboard
Reset the UEFI configuration by clearing the CMOS using these options: 1. Navigate to the Exit section in the UEFI and choose Load Optimized Defaults. 2. Locate and press the Clear CMOS button on your motherboard. 3. Disconnect the computer, remove the coin cell battery from the motherboard for a few minutes, then reattach it.
Without a visible CMOS switch, you’ll need to connect pins while the system is powered down and disconnected.
