I would like to eliminate Windows Defender from Windows 10 version 1607. This particular release is needed for a game with mods that only work on that version and older ones. I used the MSMG Toolkit, DISM++, and install_wim_tweak.exe.All the methods remove it, but it returns after a few minutes of first login.

It seems unclear what you're asking about. Could you clarify the context? I'm here to help with any questions you have.

The simplest option is to add another antivirus program that won’t interfere with your files, as Windows Defender disables itself when it identifies similar third-party software.

It doesn't stay inactive for long when not used for a few days—it activates its self-defense feature automatically. I'm considering deleting it to recover some resources, and I also want to remove other packages I haven't mentioned. I thought applying the same adjustment to the remaining packages would work too.

Windows Defender is now an essential part of Windows 10, and removing it isn't possible. The only options are to keep it off entirely using the methods mentioned earlier.

Welcome to anti bloat windows. This version comes with specific requirements and setup needs, but it’s a streamlined experience. You won’t need to make frequent hardware adjustments since it isn’t built for that. Just install and let it run. Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC Enterprise LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) is a long-term support edition of Windows 10 Enterprise, released every 2 to 3 years. Each update includes security patches for a decade after release, and no new features are added intentionally. Certain components like the Microsoft Store and pre-installed apps aren’t part of this release. [11] [1] [3] This version originally launched as Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB (Long-Term Servicing Branch). [12] There are three LTSC releases currently: one in 2015 (version 1507), another in 2016 (version 1607) and a third in 2018 (version 1809). [13]
