Hello
on a laptop running Windows 11 Home
with MS Office 365 pre-installed
by default.
A family member obtained a Microsoft 365 Family membership long ago and shared an access link for other members, such as [email protected].
The link was opened and accepted without issues.
However, upon launching the software, the default MS Office 365 for Excel appears in the Account section with the same user ([email protected]), but the right side shows:

Code:
Activate Product (button)
View Only (unlicensed)
Microsoft 365
This product contains
<set of icons>
Update License (button)
! This product is unlicensed

The laptop was restarted, and the same Account section actions were repeated.
Sign out and sign in (a PIN is required for login in Windows 11) – the same interface appears.
Only through these two buttons can a license key be entered.

I don't possess a license key. Its format is distinct, which means the login PIN for Windows must be either 4 or 6 digits, differing from the license key's structure.
