There is no CPU on the market designed to run 3000mhz memory speed your motherboard may allow it, but you are overclocking the CPU memory controller to run those speeds. The raw performance benefit of running higher memory speeds is negligible but could be detrimentally affecting the life of your CPUs memory controller, but it is your money after all, so if you are determined to throw caution to the wind I am sure someone will come along and advise you how to accelerate the destruction of your CPU.
