So I just completed installing all the drivers I needed. Finally. Now I’m thinking about overclocking. How do I do it? How can I find out my limits? The components I have are: I7 6700K, GTX 1070, MSI Z170A PRO CARBON, deepcool maelstrom 240t, and Super Flower Leadex 650w silver. From what I’ve heard, it shouldn’t be too hard or dangerous, but I’d like some advice from you so I don’t damage anything.

based on the altitude, it becomes tough and risky.
i think i should do some research online and check out various guides before starting. there are plenty available.

Sure, I would be sure to trust it. Most videos online have similar content, only varying in how well they explain things.

I felt a strong reaction when he mentioned increasing the GPU voltage to its highest setting

I felt nervous when he suggested increasing the GPU voltage to its maximum
aim to maintain it below 1.4V if you ever change the GPU settings

If you've only recently assembled the PC, it's best not to begin overclocking immediately. Let the system run normally, perform stress tests and benchmarks, and play demanding games with everything set to stock performance. Only after confirming full stability at stock speeds should you think about overclocking. Address any stability issues first before considering any changes.

I've recently played CS GO without problems, but I encountered some instability in GTA 5—once it crashed or lagged when opening maps or menus. It seems the game might have its own faults.
