Hi all,
I recently switched my Logitech Pro with the G703. I use it for both work and playing Call of Duty.
Before, I had the Logitech Gaming Software with the Pro mouse, which worked fine and was very easy to use.
Now I’m using the new mouse G703, but it seems this LGS doesn’t recognize it. I had to install G HUB and create a profile for Call of Duty, adjusting the sensitivity and mapping some keys. It still works, but it’s not functioning properly in the game.
I’m not sure if the G703 is compatible with LGS. When I tried launching it, it said no device was recognized. If it does work, I’d prefer using the easier-to-use tool.
Do you know why the button keys aren’t working in the game?
Thank you very much for your help.

Windows 10 is running smoothly on a decent PC from 2019, a 2080 Super with an i7900 processor.
It operated without issues using the Pro wireless adapter.
Thanks

I attempted to bind the keys for the desktop profile and it functioned correctly. When I linked the keys to the CoD profile nothing occurred, though I believe it should be connected to the correct .exe file.
So I finally bound the keys for the desktop used in the game and applied them to all profiles. It's not a major issue since I only use these buttons during the game.
However, I'm still puzzled as my mouse doesn't recognize itself (it's older than the Pro Wireless model I had).
EDIT: I still face a problem because my DPI settings differ between work and play :/
