The tiny screwdriver probably contains some threadlocker, which means turning it back and forth might actually unbolt it. In my experience, applying pressure with pliers can help release it.

Which computer? Some laptop screws are secured with a threadlocker and won’t come out easily. Try using a pry tool near the rest of the case to test removal, and check iffy iffixit.com for a model-specific assembly guide.

Hammer, chisel, bang – open! It looks like there are six screws on the back panel, but didn’t you check the Lenovo technical video for opening instructions? Some devices open screws beneath the keyboard first.

It seems the reason you can't open it is that using a tiny screwdriver caused the screw to get damaged, making it impossible to open anymore.
